With a range of flexible options we offer one of the most inspiring event spaces in the United Kingdom, combining first class facilities with the opportunity to support a lasting tribute to those who gave their lives as part of Bomber Command.

Food plays an important part in any event and we are fortunate to be located in Lincolnshire – a county famous for its food production and with a long heritage of quality produce. The food we serve at the Centre has been carefully selected to reflect both the quality of your experience at the Centre, as well as the wide variety of products created by some truly amazing local producers.

From delicate canapes to a formal dinner, our catering team will develop a menu to ensure it reflects your event and gives your guests a meal to remember.

As a charity, income from events is a lifeline to helping to remember those who gave their lives and making sure their memories are kept alive for future generations. By holding your event at the IBCC you will be contributing to an internationally recognised and worthwhile project.

We aim to make your event special and have a wide range of options which would simply not be available anywhere else, which will add to your guests’ experience on the day.

  • Guided tour of the Memorial Spire and Gardens with one of our experienced guides – hear the story of the memorial and personal and moving stories of those who are remembered on the Memorial Walls.
  • Exhibition entry –  learn about the people who were part of Bomber Command, their stories and how their lives changed as a result of their devoted service. Group rate tickets available for the exhibition.
  • Use of other areas of the Centre – our flexible layout means you can pick and mix your room options to suit your event requirements.
  • Film screenings in the auditorium.
  • Lecture and after dinner speakers – we have access to a unique range of specialist and informative speakers who can bring to life the story of Bomber Command, World War Two or aviation heritage. Whether they were part of Bomber Command themselves, or a world expert in its history, they will provide a fascinating and addition to your day.
  • Free downloadable app enabling your guests to delve deeper into the history of the Command

There is a wide range of room options at the IBCC – the team will work with you to maximise the available space for your event.  The rooms are:

  • The Suite – comprising the Auditorium with full PA and AV facilities, the Break-out room and the Roof Terrace which provides stunning views over the Lincolnshire Peace Garden and the Memorial Spire and Walls
  • The Atrium – out of hours use only.  Includes use of the external Garden Terrace.
  • The Hub Cafe – out of hours use only.  Includes use of the external Garden Terrace.
  • The Gardens – whether for a reception by the Spire or a full tented dinner for 200 the Gardens offer flexible space.
