The Lincolnshire Bomber Command Memorial Trust was established in 2009 with the aim of providing remembrance, recognition and reconciliation to those involved with and affected by the actions of Bomber Command during WWII.

In April 2018 the International Bomber Command Centre was officially opened and comprises: a memorial (Spire and Walls of Names); the Chadwick Centre, housing an exhibition, educational facilities, cafe, retail, and other visitor facilities; and two peace gardens.

The Trust is now looking to fill a number of different roles within the organisation to help deliver and maintain high levels of customer service and to ensure compliance with Charities Commission and other regulatory bodies.
