Looking for a distinctive corporate event or conference venue in Lincoln? The International Bomber Command Centre offers flexible meeting, dining and reception spaces, professional catering and AV facilities in an internationally significant setting overlooking Lincoln.

From breakfast meetings and training days to formal dinners, product launches and receptions, our events team will tailor the venue, menu and programme to your requirements. Events can also include private exhibition access, guided tours, film screenings and specialist speakers.

Food plays an important part in any event and we are fortunate to be located in Lincolnshire, a county famous for its food production and with a long heritage of quality produce.

The food we serve at the Centre has been carefully selected to reflect both the quality of your experience at the Centre, as well as the wide variety of products created by some truly amazing local producers.

From delicate canapes to a formal dinner and breakfast baps to platter lunches our catering team will develop a menu to ensure it reflects your event and gives your guests a meal to remember.

We are determined to ensure your event works for you, and that nothing on the day takes the focus away from your objectives.

We are fully licensed for entertainment, alcohol, music and weddings and are fully accessible with on-site car parking.

What can I say about Friday night! Thank you really doesn’t sum it up. From start to finish the entire experience of booking, discussing and attending the evening truly was above expectations and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The food was delicious and the little touches provided by the chef for those fussy eaters really went above what was expected and so very much appreciated. The room was so beautifully done, the tables looked stunning and the service first class.

As I said to Halyna on Friday night I was a steward in the RAF for 19 years. I was also an Instructor at the RAF catering training school for 4 years where I would assess and verify the students NVQ qualifications in hospitality and customer service and believe me I was tough! My standards were (are) high and I passed this on to all the students. So to attend a function and be able to give 10 out of 10 for everything was something that doesn’t happen very often and sadly doesn’t happen in the RAF now a days with the catering being taken over by outside contractors.

We aim to make your event special and have a wide range of options which would simply not be available anywhere else, which will add to your guests’ experience on the day.

  • Guided tour of the Memorial Spire and Gardens with one of our experienced guides – hear the story of the Memorial and personal and moving stories of those who are remembered on the Memorial Walls.
  • Exhibition entry – learn about the people who were part of Bomber Command, their stories and how their lives changed as a result of their devoted service. Group rate tickets available for the exhibition.
  • Use of other areas of the Centre – our flexible layout means you can pick and mix your room options to suit your event requirements.
  • Film screenings in the auditorium.
  • Lecture and after dinner speakers – we have access to a unique range of specialist and informative speakers who can bring to life the story of Bomber Command, World War Two or aviation heritage. Whether they were part of Bomber Command themselves, or a world expert in its history, they will provide a fascinating and addition to your day.

There is a wide range of room options at the IBCC – the team will work with you to maximise the available space for your event. The rooms are:

  • The Suite – comprising the Auditorium with full PA and AV facilities, the Break-out room and the Roof Terrace which provides stunning views over the Lincolnshire Peace Garden and the Memorial Spire and Walls
  • The Atrium – out of hours use only. Includes use of the external Garden Terrace
  • The Hub Cafe – out of hours use only. Includes use of the external Garden Terrace
  • Combine the Atrium and the Hub Cafe for a full event including a dance floor or entertainment space
  • The Gardens – whether for a reception by the Spire or a full marquee dinner for 350, the Gardens offer flexible space with stunning views over the City of Lincoln
