The Hub Café

The Hub at the IBCC offers a locally-sourced selection of tempting treats, from a Bomber Breakfast or our IBCC specially blended coffee or tea, with a homemade cake, through to an extensive range of freshly prepared omelettes, sandwiches, quiches and the Seasonal Specials Menu.  Open 09.30 – 15.15 Tuesday to Sunday.

Open during visitor times, the Hub provides the ideal place to meet friends or relax after a trip into the exhibition or a tour of the Peace Gardens and Memorial. The Hub is licensed and stocks wine and local beers. The Hub Café also offers special ration packs and a tasty children’s menu for our younger visitors with a range of wholesome options.

A delicious selection of freshly made sandwiches, a variety of miniature cakes and sweet treats, finishing with freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam. Complemented by our very own Bomber Brew Tea or Bomber Beans Coffee.
