Dame Anita Frew has over 30 years’ experience on the boards of global companies across various sectors including science, chemical, engineering, resources, utilities and financial services industries. She is currently Chair of Rolls-Royce plc, the first woman to hold that role.

In 2023, she was awarded a Damehood for her services to business and the economy. Anita served as Deputy Chair, SID and Chair of the Remuneration and Risk Committees at Lloyds Banking Group until 2020. She held various strategy and investment roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Scottish Provident in her early career.
