The Hub Café

The Hub at the IBCC offers a locally-sourced selection of tempting treats, from a Bomber Breakfast or our IBCC specially blended coffee or tea, with a homemade cake, through to an extensive range of freshly prepared omelettes, sandwiches, quiches and the Seasonal Specials Menu.  Open 09.30 – 15.15 Tuesday to Sunday.

Open during visitor times, the Hub provides the ideal place to meet friends or relax after a trip into the exhibition or a tour of the Peace Gardens and Memorial. The Hub is licensed and stocks wine and local beers. The Hub Café also offers special ration packs and a tasty children’s menu for our younger visitors with a range of wholesome options.

Please note that breakfast is served from 9:30am -11:30am on Sundays.

Slow roasted topside of Beef, which is served medium rare, is available each week and then Roast Pork or Chicken on alternate weeks.  Roasts are served with Roasted Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Seasonal Vegetables. The vegetarian offer is Chef’s Dish of the day.
