Reason for Loss | Reportedly collided in mid-air with 170 Sqdn Lancaster PB397. NG290 crashed 22:00 at Römerstein-Aglishardt, about 45 km SE of Stuttgart. PB397 is reported to have crashed at the same time at Hengen, which is located a reasonable distance from "Römerstein-Aglishardt" to support the possibility of a mid-air collision. |
