Responsible for the delivery of food and beverage services at the IBCC. To take ownership and maintain the quality of service from your team. To ensure that the café & hospitality service is operated and managed in a manner that meets the overall catering strategy of IBCC in terms of an efficient, profitable and high-quality customer focused service to visitors and users of the facilities.

To manage the café & hospitality catering operations to ensure a retail focus is applied that delivers the service expected by visitors.Key Responsibility 2
To lead and motivate a team of hospitality assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.Key Responsibility 3
To maintain a high profile within the café & hospitality areas during service, acting as a first point of contact for any customer enquiries or complaints.Key Responsibility 4
To ensure the effective planning and organisation of staff deployment including staff rotas, ensuring all shifts are covered.Key Responsibility 5
To ensure that the designated café & hospitality areas are fully stocked and well presented to the customer.

The ideal candidate will have:
The successful candidate should hold, or be willing to obtain a Personal Licence, covering alcohol sales.
Salary level c. £21,500 pa
